Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Oriloop, the service at oriloop.com (and its earlier address oriframe-web.ismekenye.workers.dev), run by [legal entity name, country] ("we"). By creating an account or uploading an image you agree to them.

1. What Oriloop does

You upload a still image, such as an event flyer. Our software, including AI models, reads it, separates it into layers and renders a short video. Results vary from image to image. When a clean split isn't possible we use simpler camera moves and tell you.

2. Your account

• You need a valid email address to sign in. Keep access to it secure: anyone with your sign-in link can use your account.
• You must be at least [16] years old.
• One person per account. Don't create accounts to collect extra free reveals.

3. Your uploads and your rights to them

• Before each upload you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it, including every person, face, logo and piece of artwork in it, and that you may turn it into a video and post it.
• You keep ownership of what you upload and of the videos made from it.
• You give us a limited licence to store, process and transform your uploads only to provide the service to you: making layers, drafts and videos, and showing them back to you.

4. What you may not upload

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Images of real people used without their consent, or made to mislead or harass.
• Content that is illegal, hateful, violent or threatening, or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report illegal content where the law requires it.

5. AI processing

Uploads are processed automatically by AI models running on our infrastructure and our providers' (see the Privacy Policy). AI output can be imperfect. Check every video before you post it.

6. Storage and deletion

• Uploaded images, layers and drafts are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created.
• Final videos are kept while your account is active.
• You can delete any upload at any time, and delete your whole account from the Account page. Deleting your account deletes all your files.

7. Free reveal, credits and payment

New accounts get one free reveal, which may carry a watermark. Paid credits and plans are sold through [merchant of record], whose terms also apply to the purchase. [Refund policy to be added.]

8. The service as it is

We work to keep Oriloop running and your files safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
